UPDATED STUDIO PROCEDURES

Thank you in advance for taking the time to familiarize yourself with our policies and for your understanding that we employ them to safeguard and encourage your self-care. We love you and are so incredibly grateful for your understanding, cooperation and support of our small business and want to avoid any frustration caused by lack of clarity when it comes to these policies.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees:

  • Be kind to fellow Peach House lovers and cancel ASAP to give others a chance.

  • No-shows or forgetting to cancel? That's a $15 fee, buddy.

  • Late cancellations within 12 hours? That's $10, better watch out!

Waitlist Policy:

  • Join the waitlist if a class is full, as spots often become available.

  • If you join the waitlist, please plan to attend if you get in, or be aware that a $20 no-show fee may apply. (Avoid late cancellation fees by removing yourself from the waitlist)

  • Stay subscribed to email/text notifications in MarianaTek to receive updates.

  • A valid card on file or a positive house account balance is required.

  • Be ready for last-minute magic. Spots open up more often than you think!

Membership Terms:

  • Contracts are your commitment to self-care.

  • These membership agreements are for a period of 3 months, minimum. You will be automatically billed on the same day each month for 3 months at which point your billing cycle will automatically renew again unless an email is submitted to howdy@peachhousepilates.com at least 30 days prior to the last month of your commitment.

  • Contracts can be suspended with management approval due to injury or relocation.

  • Travel plans? Sorry, we can't extend contracts, but we can pause memberships in the event you’re gone for the month.

Cheeky, Just Peachy, and Hard Core Memberships:

  • Get ready to rock with these badass membership options.

  • Remember, late cancellations still have a fee. Gotta play fair!

  • We've always been clean freaks. Your safety and our obsession go hand-in-hand.
